First we will discuss what it is you would like EJR Bookkeeping to do, together with how often you would like the books updated. For example, if your business is fairly small you may decide that you only need the books to be updated monthly or quarterly. Or perhaps you only require our services at year end to complete your tax return for you.

Secondly we will agree on how you would like to send the paperwork through . You can decide between faxing, posting, email, or even just handed over in a carrier bag or box. The subsequent reports produced can then be emailed, posted or delivered back to you.

All the work is completed offsite away from your workplace, using a well known accountancy software package. This means you do not have to buy any software packages yourself, but you still receive professional looking documents. However, perhaps you already use an accountancy software package and you would like your own system updated by EJR Bookkeeping, this can be done as well, on site in your office.

EJR Bookkeeping will produce the year end accounts in an industry standard recognised format. This means that whoever needs to see your accounts, whether it be your Bank Manager, your Accountant or HMRC  the accounts will be to an acceptable standard.
